Mandy McMechan, Founder and Managing Director of Plaisir Cadeaux et Fleurs, credits her love of flowers to a lifetime of watching her mother fuss over her garden. “Even at the age of 85 when my mother can hardly walk, she still tends to each and every one of her flower boxes on her balcony all of which she planted herself.
