The founder proudly speaks of her business confirming why Plaisir et Fleurs was chosen as Middle East’s Florist of the Year 2023-2024. “Every box we create has its own personality and its own story as we are quite aware that there is always something behind every order: The person ordering it, the person receiving it. That’s why we always have a personal chat with the client, be it in person at the boutique or on the phone, on WhatsApp, or via email. We want to hear to whom you are sending the gift (male, female, younger, older), what is the occasion if any etc. This way we can best serve not only our paying customers but also understand what the recipient might like best.”

All the flowers are Triple A-graded, imported directly from Dutch growers and flown on either KLM or Emirates to ensure quality.
