The founder proudly speaks of her business confirming why Plaisir was chosen as Middle East’s Florist of the Year 2023-2024. “Every box we create has its own personality and its own story as we are quite aware that there is always something behind every order: The person ordering it, the person receiving it. That’s why we always have a personal chat with the client, be it in person at the boutique or on the phone, on WhatsApp, or via email. We want to hear to whom you are sending the gift (male, female, younger, older), what is the occasion if any etc. This way we can best serve not only our paying customers but also understand what the recipient might like best.”

Plaisir Cadeaux et Fleurs has been entrusted by some of the most exclusive brands in the world, including Cartier, Fendi, Chopard, IWC, Dior, Rixos Premium Dubai, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, AGMC Motors, Harper Bazaar, and American Express to name a few, alongside some exquisite VIP homes in Bulgari Residences, Palm Jumeirah Villas, Burj Khalifa and other prestigious residences in Dubai. The expert team at Plaisir stocks a wider range of flower types than any of their competitors, meaning customers are more likely to find their favourite blooms in Plaisir Cadeaux et Fleurs than in any other floral boutique in the city.
All the flowers are Triple A-graded, imported directly from Dutch growers and flown on either KLM or Emirates to ensure quality. Receiving the products directly from the growers means cutting out several middlemen, making the flowers consistently fresher at Plaisir. The founder’s passion for her business directly translates the service you receive with every order. She believes “there is something about fresh, beautifully presented flowers that can perk up even the dullest of days – whether you are gifting them or receiving them.
